Chocolate is good for you. I love chocolates. Chocolates and coffee both had some good press recently. There are some beneficial things in them and it comes down to moderation. If you are going to say I have to have chocolate every single day, I am going to have a big piece of chocolate, that's probably not what they are talking. A little bit of chocolate is fine on top of this wonderful healthy diet. It's not I eat nothing but chocolate.
If you want a little square after dinner because its really yummy a little way to finish dinner, fine. If there is PMS and you are like, no I have to have the whole bar, fine. Have the whole bar but just go with a better chocolate like a really dark European chocolate and have a smaller amount. That's got all this. The good things in the chocolate are the antioxidants. It's not the milk chocolate with the shortening in the sugar and all that. That's not the beneficial part.
