These items are available in various styles and sizes. However, Tempur-Pedic products must be cared for properly to avoid damaging them. They are not machine washable; however, they can be easily cleaned and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.
How to Clean Tempur-Pedic Pillows

Step 1
Take the covers off of your pillows. Always use very mild soap in cold water to launder them. Residues in harsh detergents can eventually damage Tempur-Pedic products. Air dry the covers, or tumble them dry using the machine's lowest heat setting. -
Step 2
Fluff and ventilate the pillow by rolling them up, just like you would do with a sleeping bag. Release the pillow. Then flip it over, and roll it up in the opposite direction. Release it. -
Step 3
Put the covers back on the pillows. -
Step 4
Add an extra pillowcase to further protect your Tempur-Pedic products from damage from oils in your hair and skin.
