Step 1
Cook plain oatmeal as you normally do for eating, but let if cool off when it's done. Once it's cool, apply it to clean skin as you would a mask. Let it sit for awhile. The oatmeal will draw out the excess oil on the skin and the impurities that are deep under the skin. Make this part of your regular skin-care regimen.

Step 2
Mix a concoction of 1 part vinegar and 8 parts water. (Use apple cider vinegar in diluted form. If you do not have apple cider vinegar, you can use regular vinegar.) Using a cotton ball, apply the mixture to your clean, dry skin. You don't have to worry about rinsing it off unless you use a stronger mixture, like 3 or 4 parts water to 1 part vinegar. If you use a strong mixture you can apply it directly to the acne-troubled areas, then rinse after 10 minutes. Leaving it on too long could cause your face to dry out, so pay close attention to the clock.

Step 3
Mix 1 tsp. or more of baking soda with just enough water to make a paste. The paste makes a great exfoliant, so be very gentle when applying to your clean skin. Massage the paste into your skin for about 30 seconds, then rinse off using lukewarm water and pat your face dry with a towel. The paste, which serves as an exfoliant, will remove dead skin cells, which cause clogged pores that in turn lead to acne.

Step 4
Use egg whites. Egg whites contain lots of protein which can help reconstruct your skin and remove excess oil. Break an egg and remove the yolk. Beat the egg whites, then put them directly on your face for 15 minutes. Rinse off.
