I think it's fairly complicated in the sense that there are a lot of different parties involved. You've got a buying agent representing the buyer, and the agent representing the seller. There are inspections that need to take place but even the process of getting it on the market is complicated. You have to get a market analysis done. We offer home staging; we get somebody in there to help you be advised on what you need to do to get the top dollar for the home. Painting, getting furniture, cleaning up the yard and any little thing like that needs to be done. Sometimes even pre-inspections so that they know what inspectors might find so you can get some of those repairs done beforehand if the buyer brings somebody to the property
