INGREDIENTS:
1 large can corned beef, diced
½ cup sweet peas
2 cups cooked Thai black rice
3 cups yogurt
1 tbsp. steak seasoning
lettuce leaves to serve
METHOD:
Combine corned beef, sweet peas, rice, yogurt and steak seasoning. Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter.
Spoon beef mixture on top. Serve chilled as a great main course, or as a side dish to barbecued chicken or steak.
