A delicious cream chees frosting recipe that can be used with many different cakes, but particularly carrot cake.
8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
milk to thin
Blend cream cheese and butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar, blending well. Mix in vanilla. If too thick add some milk to thin. Spread on cooled cake.
