Here is a delightful, quick and easy crumb cake recipe that is sure to appeal to the masses!
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons shortening
(mix together and set aside)
1 eggs
1 cup sour milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a baking pan (about 9x9). Mix the ingredients until smooth. Pour the combined last 4 ingredients in to the baking pan. Take 1 cup of the first 3 ingredients that were set aside and sprinkle that over the top of the cake mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.
