Curry Rice Salad Recipe

A recipe for curry rice salad - it may burn your mouth, but it's delicious.

INGREDIENTS

3 cups cooked rice

one onion, chopped finely

1 Tablespoon butter

2 Tablespoons vinegar

2 teaspoons curry, hot (or mild, if preferred)

3 Teaspoons flour

1 Tablespoon honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

Melt the butter. Add the onions and brown.

Stir in the vinegar, curry, salt and honey and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Add the rice, mixing well.

Serve hot or cold.
