For A Curvier Person, Is There A Style That's More Flattering?

For a curvier person, is there a style that's more flattering? The biggest thing is that if you are say a size 14, you shouldn't try to fit yourself into a size 12. When you do that, you are actually making yourself look bigger.

The biggest thing is that if you are say a size 14, you shouldn't try to fit yourself into a size 12. When you do that, you are actually making yourself look bigger. If you are curvy, I like the look of jersey dresses. They curve over your body and slim you, showing off your curves and not how big you are. For jeans, wearing styles that sit an inch below your waist are a girl's best friend. They are flattering to almost any figure. So wear clothes that fit you and choose fabrics that skim the body instead of hug it.

A busty woman shouldn't wear her shirts too tight because it can make you look flashy, whereas on a flat-chested woman it can look really cute. You should choose clothes depending on your body type, not the current trends. On the other hand, a fitted shirt can slim the body. There is a thin line between fitted and skin tight. If you can see your bra lines protruding, that's skin tight not fitted. A fitted shirt will skim your body. You should always wear fitted shirts, but you have to understand what a fitted shirt is.
