If you are just switching out the unit, it will fit without too much modification to the opening. We come out and verify the size, making sure that the trim on the inside is not going to be a problem and that sort of thing. Then we go ahead and get the style of door or unit that they want, verify swings, orientation, and hardware, and order it to their specifications. When the doors come in, my servicemen will let them know and set up a schedule to install them. We take out the old units, put in the new units, and finish the trim. If you have a problem at some point down the road, you can just call us to come over and take care of it.
