Our scripture tells us to be anxious for nothing but prayer and supplication, to let your regrets be known to God. So, when stressful situations come, be willing to name what the stress is, and then seek not only from inside yourself but also around you the people who can help you to mediate the stress. I have been in the ministry for almost 25 years now and I have a covenant group where we share what's going on in our personal lives and in our professional lives. We pray for each other and give counseling to one another so this group has been a real lifesaver to me. To deal with stress you need to talk about it with somebody that you trust, someone who cares about you and what you are going through, and this will enable you to handle it in a better manner.
