Denver is very pretty. It is kind of a European City. We have the largest park system in the country. We have 200 parks and we plant 200,000 flowers a year throughout the city. There are 26 formal flower gardens and a lot of things in Denver that are just for beauty's sake. 1% of all public building project budgets have to be spent on art. So, there is a tremendous amount of public art everywhere. It is a very culturally sophisticated little city that likes to party a lot. We constantly feel that the young college graduates who come here and take any job just live here to live the lifestyle. In the metro area, there are two and a half million people and it's about 550,000 in the city. The metro area is big. Again, the metro area here is as big as Connecticut, so the west is different from the east and it is a little more spread out.They have the ability to go outdoors and to hike, bike, and ski- but since everyone is well educated, there is a lot of love for the arts and appreciation for this natural beauty.
