What Different Kinds Of Lodging Are Available In Grass Valley, California?

Bed-and-breakfasts are available. There is Comeback Kelly's in downtown Grass Valley. Just two blocks away is the Swan Levine House. The Elam Biggs home and Peacock Inn Bed and Breakfast are also located in Grass Valley. Those are four that I could give you right off. They are really, really nice bed-and-breakfasts. We are in the process of building a Holiday Inn Express that's in walkable distance from downtown. It's in the center quarter of the old historic downtown area, just off the main shopping street. I would say the rates on the average in Grass Valley are about $105 plus duty tax and transit and occupancy tax. For the hotels they would be about $170 per suite and the low would be about $85; but my estimate would be that most rooms are about $100 a night. There are some lesser expensive motels that run from $65-$85.
