Download a Free Business Card Program

  • Overview

    Most word processing programs like Microsoft Word come with templates to create business cards, but these applications offer limited options. Instead, you can find several free business card programs online that enable you to build and print more customized cards. These third-party programs include a greater variety of layout designs and color options for your business cards.

    • Step 1

      Go to Business Card Land (see Resources below) and click the "Create Business Cards" button in the upper-left corner to begin designing cards. Browse through the available layouts and then enter the information you want to appear on the cards.

    • Step 2

      Go to the Free Business Card Templates site (see Resources below) and choose a design category that interests you. Find the layout you want and click "Download" to put the template onto your computer.

    • Step 3

      Go to the PC Man Website (see Resources below) and enter your name and company information. Then select a logo, a font and colors and click "Next" to have the program build a business card for you.

    • Step 4

      Go to the Giggle Print website (see Resources below) and click the "Free Business Cards" button to begin designing your free cards. Browse through the available designs and select one that interests you. Enter the text you want to appear on the card, choose a font and then click "Next." Enter desired quantity and click "Next" to begin card printing.
