I mentioned osteoporosis; so, with anorexia the woman is starving so, of course there is no way that she can get pregnant. I would say the scariest part with anorexia is the body starts to shutdown, because it is starving. Women are freezing cold, their metabolism is all messed up and their heart is working overtime, trying to do what it can to get the blood flowing. It's just working overtime because the other organs are starting to shutdown.
