    A number of individuals working for Direct TV in El Paso are installers on installation specialists. These are the individuals who take the hardware to the customer's home, install it and ensure that the system is working correctly. The company also has sales reps working in the area, with many of these individuals acting as contractors. They sell the programs on their own and get paid on a commission basis. There are also some managers working in the area to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Unless they make a sale, they won't get paid for their work.
