Try this new congo cookie recipe to spice up your meals!
2/3 c butter
1 16-oz pkg brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 c flour
1 c ground nut meats
2 1/3 tsp baking powder
1 pkg chocolate chips
Melt butter, add sugar and cool. Add remaining ingredients. pour into a long greased cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
