Try this fancy way of round steak beef recipe. It looks nice and tastes great.
2 pounds round steak
1 box any brand Stuffing Mix
salt & pepper
Cut steak into 4x2 inch strips. Pound until flattened and salt and pepper. Make stuffing mix according to packaged directions. Spread stuffing onto each piece of meat. roll up and fasten with a toothpick Roll in flour and brown in 1/4 cup of butter.
Place in crock-pot and cook for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
