4 pork blades
enough water to cover meat
1 can sauerkraut juice
1 bay leaves
1 medium onion
1 stalk celery
1 tsp. whole allspice
salt & pepper
1 cup cooked kluski or egg noodles
Boil all until meat is nice and tender. Remove meat and strain soup into another container. Cut meat away from bone and put back into soup. Add cooked noodles and serve.
