Many women and young teen girls want to have bigger breasts. Many celebrities and models have large and perky breasts. It is also a well-known fact that many men prefer women that have larger breasts. However, many women have do not have breasts that are as large as the Hollywood ideal. Step 1
Exercise to increase the strength in your chest. This will not make your breasts actually larger, but will make them appear larger by building up the muscles underneath, which will cause the tissue in the breasts to be lifted and better supported. Push-ups, pull-ups and working out with 2- to 5 -lb. hand weights by lifting the arms in different ways can really help the appearance of any chest. -
Step 2
Add more fats to your diet. If this is combined with exercise, then the other parts of your body will remain toned but your breasts will still become larger. -
Step 3
Get breast implants. This is probably the most effective way to gain weight in the breasts. There are three kinds of breast augmentation being done currently. Two are permanent, while the other one lasts for about a year, and then the breasts go back to their former size. Make sure to read and consider all of the health risks that are associated with surgery before getting it done.
