The Downtown Georgetown Association holds a music event called First Fridays from 5 to 8 p.m. every first Friday of the month on the Square. All of the local businesses stay open later than normal. Most of them have music, free appetizers, wine, beer, and margaritas. It's all open to the public.
We have several spas on the Square that do manicures, pedicures, massages and that type of thing. We have lots of gift shops, coffee bars, and antique shops. We also have a new candy shop that makes homemade candy. We have some great home interior shops as well as a couple of bars. You'll find unique handmade gifts, glassware, and chimes here that you are not going find anywhere else.
