We have that discussion here frequently. Some of the ladies say the best way to get rid of inner thigh fat is to have liposuction! We haven't had anybody to do that, so I can't say if it works or not. I think if everything else looks great the best advice is to either walk on a treadmill or walk throughout the neighborhood 3 or 4 times a week and you'll see a big difference in the shape of your legs. Some people are just born with thighs that are still going to be there no matter how much weight they lose, that's just where they carry their weight. But to keep your thighs toned and to make the look better, yes, you should definitely try walking.
