I have noticed through the years that everybody is different. Some people preferred to have something like cereal or something like that. There are some healthy cereals out there. We usually don't find them in a regular aisle. Sometimes we get the whole grain the benefit of the fiber and the naturally occurring small amount of fat and protein and the starch instead of just the starch. They bumped up the protein and the fiber. So instead of our breakfast being a high sugar thing that we are going to come crashing off in two hours and our blood sugar drops. It has 10 grams of fiber and 12 grams of protein. You put your non-fat milk or soy milk on there and it's like wow! I have got a good start to my day and a good boost of fiber, which most of us need to try and keep up there. Some people prefer to start the day with a little more protein. They feel better with an egg white omelet or scrambled egg whites. You can even buy just whites like egg beaters but it is just white same. You can use egg beaters but I will just use the white. You scramble them up and if you have got some veggies you want put in left over from the night before and mushrooms, it's fine. But if you are busy, sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on them if that's what turns you on. Put some sauce on it and put it on whole wheat pita. If you are on the go, eat it in the car. Drive careful. Or, a pizza toast and have a little egg sandwich, but it's not a fried egg sandwich with cheese and bacon. It's now an egg white sandwich with maybe sliced tomatoes or something in it. It's yummy.

Soya sausage is so yummy. You can cook it in the toaster or microwave and it's high in protein, low in fat. There are even some waffles that are 98% fat free and they actually have like 5 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber and only 180 calories or something for two waffles. I mean that's nothing. When to there is some sort of egg or waffles, it is just disgusting. It's like having really good bread and then go in back to wonder bread. Why would I want to go back to that? So they are delicious. That may not be substantial and you want a couple of waffles with your scrambled egg whites or your eggbeaters. There are many people who eat one yolk and four whites. If you can eat a few more white that would be better because then you will get more proteins and whether you could eat yolk or not your going to balance out the fat.
