ARIES THE RAM (born March 21st to April 20th): The Ram is a dynamic, determined individual who is always on the look out for new challenges to conquer. Even during his most difficult times, he is a survivor. When knocked down, he quickly gets to his feet and charges right back into action. He can be argumentative, domineering, and very obstinate, but that's only because nothing can deter him from his path until he feels he has accomplished what he set out to do.
RAM/RATS: Born in 1912, 1924, 1936, 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, 1996. Being born in the year of the Rat only intensifies an Aries' determination. The Rat is always alert, always on the look out, awaiting the chance to seize an opportunity. The Rat's motivation is material gain, while the Ram's motivations are to reach goals and come out on top; the two combined can make for a person who is very successful in career goals. The Ram has to prevent the Rat, who is a multi-tasker, from becoming distracted and derailed from his goal. Socially, the charm and charisma of the Rat can soften the hard, obstinate, sometimes cocky Aries.
RAM/OX: Born in 1913, 1925, 1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997. The steadfast, hardworking Ox born in the sun sign of Aries is a person who fixates on his goals and strives ever toward them. He has no tolerance for weakness or anything that might hinder his progress. There is no getting in the way of the Ram who is born in the year of the Ox; he is unmovable, completely stubborn in every sense of the word. While this can help him achieve his goals, if not careful his unwillingness to cooperate can frustrate those working or living with him. Though he cherishes his family and will be a good provider, he will prefer to work alone.
RAM/TIGER: Born in 1914, 1926 1938 1950 1962 1974 1986 1998. The Tiger is full of energy and loves new challenges, and the Ram fuels the determination to tackle them. But the unperdictable tiger does not like any old challenge; he looks to be rebellious and seeks attention, usually taking the Ram down the roads less traveled. He loves to have his ego stroked, but with the Ram in him, one must be careful, for he won't tolerate being pet for long. His temper, when unleashed, is one to be reckon with.
RAM/HARE: Born in 1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999. These two signs work to balance each other nicely. The Hare is gracious, peaceful, tolerant, and sensitive, which softens the rough edges of the Ram, who is abrupt, obstinate, impatient and and blunt. The influence of the hare makes the Ram much easier to get along with. The lucky Hare helps success come easily to the Ram, who is determined to succeed. He is often a pleasure to live or work with.
RAM/DRAGON: Born in 1916, 1928, 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000. The powerful Dragon, when partnered with the Ram, creates a strong, if not intimidating, leader. As long as he can prevent his ego and his pride from getting the better of him, the Aries born in the year of the Dragon is a person who will accomplish big things. Just don't get him riled up-- he will have a temper the likes of which is rarely seen and he will bring down his wrath upon you with the force of fire and brimstone. If you get him in your corner, however, you will have a loyal ally and beloved friend for life.
RAM/SNAKE: Born in 1917, 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001. The Snake helps the Ram get what he wants, for Snakes love power and money and the Ram's persistence helps him obtain it. But the Snake teaches him to go about it in a different way-- slyly, by being charming and persuasive. Ram/Snakes do well as salesmen and politicians, or in any endeavor that takes a combination of tenacity and suavity. Though most people will admire an Ram/Snake, they tend to be loners who like to keep their true feelings to themselves and find it difficult to share to much of themselves with anyone.
RAM/HORSE: Born in 1918, 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, 2002. The Horse is a fickle creature, who can impede Aries from his goals by changing his mind often, or leaving things half-finished. Still, Horses love accomplishments, more for the satisfaction of a job well done and a pat on the back, and the Ram can help him achieve this. The horse is very clever and an effective problem-solver. If he's not careful, however, his moody temper will get the better of him.
RAM/SHEEP: Born in1919, 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003. The docile Sheep calms the Ram, making him less forceful and stubborn. Not that he doesn't still like to get his way, but he'll be much more passive-aggressive with the Sheep's influence. The Sheep leads the Ram to be a real home body, his life revolving around taking care of his family. Aries born in the year of the Sheep will be very nurturing and giving of himself, and less likely to be focused on a career.
RAM/MONKEY: Born in 1920, 1932, 1944, 1956, 1968, 1980, 1992, 2004. The playful, lighthearted Monkey takes some of the seriousness out of the Ram, helping him to relax- and why not? The Ram likes to be an achiever, and accomplishments come easy to the very clever Monkey. A Ram/ Monkey, however, will not think of himself as a great achiever-- he'll just be looking for the next adventure, the next great challenge. The Monkey may especially drive the Ram to seek his challenges overseas, or in different locations. Even when he settles down with a family, he will always long to roam.
RAM/ROOSTER: Born in 1921, 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993, 2005. The proud Rooster and obstinate Aries make for one who will find great difficulty in ever admitting faults or wrongs. He has a terrific sense of confidence and a positive attitude that will carry him through life. One born under the influence these combined signs will go after his goals without doubting himself for a moment. Being ego-centric, he'll expect your moods to mirror his-- when he's laughing he won't comprehend that someone else could be sad, and when he is down he will expect the world to wallow in misery with him. He is good with money, though, and will manage the household accounts well.
RAM/DOG: Born in 1922, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006. The supreme humanitarian in the Dog will drive the Aries to put his dynamic and determined attitude towards a higher calling, and you will usually find this person involved in one charity or project after the other in hopes of saving the world. The influence of the Dog helps the ram to become more tolerant and understanding of others, and he will drive the Ram to be more social and forge more close relationships. Those that love a Ram/Dog will have a loyal companion for life. He has the capacity to be affectionate and caring, as well as to protect his family and his home with ferocity.
RAM/BOAR: Born in 1923, 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995, 2007. Boars are very social people and love to play the peacemaker between friends. Under the influence of the Boar, the Ram may find himself missing opportunities because the ever ambivalent Boar can take a long time to make up his mind before acting. However, once an Aries-Boar makes a commitment to do something, you can depend on him to finish the job. His sincerity and contentment with humble comforts usually find him in a modest home and surroundings, and taking advantage of life's simple joys.
