That is a good question. There are a lot of homeowners who purchase a home and then rent it out. Some do it on their own while others that work through property management companies. We have relationships with a number property management companies who represent vacation rental homeowners in various markets like Orlando, Southwest Florida, and the Caribbean. The reason we do that as opposed to working with individual owners is that they will have more inventory and availability. They have a local physical presence with established standards, where we have a rating system and quality assurance standard. We know who we are dealing with on the other end, so whether they are booking vacation rental homes, condos, villas, or suites, it doesn't matter.
