Each lodging facility in Berkeley is very unique. We have a full-service Doubletree Hotel down on the water with 375 rooms and a restaurant. It's the largest facility we have. The majority of our facilities are small boutique hotels. The Rose Garden Inn has about 40 rooms, and each room is different. The Claremont Resort and Spa is absolutely gorgeous and tucked away in Berkeley Hills. It is an older resort with a spa and tennis courts. It's been in the hills for many years. They actually filmed part of the movie Mrs. Doubtfire out by their pool. Rooms probably range from $225 to $500 per night, and that does not include the suite. They have a very nice restaurant and lounge as well.
