People often have a very hard time with breakfast especially the people that I mentioned before who would like to skip breakfast because they are not that hungry. It's very important to have a good breakfast. I try to encourage someone who doesn't like to eat breakfast to start off with a protein shake. To make a good quality protein powder shake, you do need a blender. You can keep frozen berries around and throw them in a little low fat milk, yogurt or non-dairy milk like unsweetened soya milk or low sugar almond milk. Another thing that I really like to encourage people to throw into that shake is flaxseed.
