Step 1
Eat a healthier diet. Fast food is a busy woman's dream come true and a nightmare at the same time. Eventually all those greasy meals begin to tire you out and weigh you down. After a meal that easily contains 1,000 calories, it can be difficult to do anything but take a nap. Instead, focus on healthier meals. Pack salads for work and take along healthy snacks, such as nuts and fruit. You'll quickly see a rise in your energy levels, which can also increase your libido.

Step 2
Increase your zinc intake. Fox News spoke with dietitian Tanya Zuckerbrot in a piece titled, "The Best Foods to Jump Start Your Sex Drive." In the piece, Zuckerbrot spoke about the importance of zinc and your libido. She also mentioned that oysters, which have been noted for their libido increasing properties, really are an aphrodisiac. This is because just one oyster contains your recommended daily allowance of zinc. Eating a plate of oysters, or other zinc-rich foods, may be just the thing to increase your libido.

Step 3
Lose weight. It's hard to feel sexy when you're carrying around extra weight. You may look in the mirror and long for that body you had before having three kids. Even if you love your beautiful curves, extra weight can zap your energy. You may feel fatigue or listlessness when you're overweight. Just losing a few pounds can make a big difference in your libido.

Step 4
Exercise. Exercise gets the blood pumping. A quick workout before your partner gets home can increase your libido. A weekly exercise plan can also work wonders.

Step 5
Reduce stress. Stress is one of the biggest sex drive killers. If you're constantly worried about work or bills, you'll never be in the mood. Take the time to reduce the stress in your life or at least find a better way to deal with it. When your mind is at ease, it's easier to think about the more enjoyable parts of life.
