Know the restrictions. InventHelp offers a data bank of product and invention ideas, but it is available only for their clients in marketing or manufacturing who are seeking inventions. A private person cannot access the data bank to find invention ideas or look up information on an existing invention.

Visit the website if you meet the restrictions to sign up for the program for companies and businesses seeking inventions (see Resources).

Step 3
Click the tab at the top of the page that says "Marketers & Manufacturers." On this page, you will learn the benefits of the invention data bank and can register for the service.

Fill out the form at the "Request Information" link and enter your name, personal information and company information.

Submit the form. InventHelp will contact you with more information on how to complete your registration and the fees involved.
