I'll make it a little broader. The most important thing that people can do who are thinking about remodeling any of those rooms is look and read magazines and books. Go to websites or architects and designers. There's so much information. There's so much on websites from architects from around the world, interior designers from around the world, furniture, all kinds if things. If they really look and read, they get ideas. You asked about bathrooms and kitchens, I've got a shelf of books over here on bathrooms, kitchens, houses of different periods, different styles. We give those. We treat it as a library for clients. We bring it out and show it to them, but we also say, "If you're interested in this period, here's a whole rack of things on haciendas and Mexican style, Mission style," and it just goes on and on. So the people without designers, if they think about what it is they're trying to get when they're through, what they want it to look like and how it functions, they're a lot better off. So that's my basic answer. Look and read. The worst thing to do is go to one store, say your doing a bathroom or a kitchen, go to one store and I don't mean necessarily Home Depot or Lowe's but that's another issue. I've seen people go to a plumbing store or a kitchen store or a bathroom store. The people there are enthusiastic and smart, and they know their products, but they're only going to sell you what they sell. It's human nature. They have opinions and sometimes they're licensed designers, but they show you things that they're used to, and you're only getting one opinion. It's true, you're getting one opinion from an architect too, but we try to show people a range of things. Whether they're with a designer or not, that's still the best advice. Look at what it is that you're doing. If it's closet storage, there's a lot of information about how to design your closet. I have one book that's called Space Making in Closets. There's so much information that people can look at instead of just going down to the Container Store and buying wonderful stuff. So be prepared to do your research. That's exactly what it is. Read and listen and look.
