The lake is 45,000 acres and has over 600 miles of shoreline. It is definitely for water sports and water recreation and that sort of thing. We have a lot of homes that are on the water, vacation homes and residences, but the primary focus of the lake as far as tourism is concerned, we do a lot of bass tournaments. We had 39 last year and they range from small regional tournaments up to the big ESPN Bass Master Tour or Ever Star tour. So we might have smaller ones that have 50 anglers and then some of them may have 500 anglers. There are all types of water sports and things such as that. Also there are 13 corp. engineer-maintained parks around the lakes on both sides, on both banks. A lot of people do choose to camp and do picnics and hiking and all that sort of thing right next to the water. There are some corp. parks that you can have tent camping or you can have your RV. You can camp right on the beaches at the lake so you actually have your boat right outside of your tent. I like to swim in it, ski in it and wake board. We have a 1200 acre State Park called Lake Point on the lake. Lake Point has a world class marina. When we went to build our marina facility, we built it with Bass tournaments in mind and actually went to Bass fishing professionals and asked them if they had their dream marina, what would if be like. Then we built it to what they said they wanted. So that is really unique. And also adjoining that is an 11,000 acre National Wildlife Refuge that is also on the lake. So you can really see the vegetation and your animals and stuff like that. The statistics for last year read that we probably had 4 million people use the lake. Of course that would include the Georgia and Alabama parts of the lake.
