    If you care about your sexual partner, you want to give her the best experience possible. The only problem is sometimes you're not able to last as long as either of you would like. This can be disappointing to both parties involved. It doesn't have to be this way, though. There are simple steps you can take to ensure you and your partner are equally satisfied. Best of all, it doesn't require any expensive medication. In fact, these steps are natural and healthy.

    • Step 1

      Eat healthier foods. A diet high in fat and calories can weigh your body down in more ways than one. Not only does it cause you to gain weight, but it makes you feel sluggish as well. When making love, it may be hard to stay focused, simply because the meal you just ate is making you tired. Instead of hitting the drive-thru, opt for vegetables and lean protein. A diet composed of colorful vegetables and fruits along with lean proteins and whole grains will give you energy and won't pack on extra pounds.

      Lose weight. Excess weight can also make you feel sluggish. When you're carrying around extra weight, simple exercise, and especially sexual activity, may not seem simple. You may even feel that sex isn't as enjoyable because it tires you out so much. Losing excess weight can help improve your energy levels so that you last longer.

      Cut back on alcohol consumption. You may think that alcohol is a great way to take edge off or lighten the mood. According to a study done by WA's Keogh Institute, though, low-risk drinkers reported better sexual performance. A drink every now and then can calm you down, but it's important not to become reliant on alcohol to reduce your tension about sex. Researchers stated that it was better to focus on healthier methods of improving performance.

      Exercise. Muscles help improve blood flow. When blood circulation is easier, things begin to look up. You'll have an easier time getting in the mood and staying in the mood. A lean body will ensure that you last longer in bed.

      Keep your mind on other things. When it comes time to wowing your partner, keep your mind on other things. Once you start to focus on how things feel, you're in trouble. Instead, focus on anything but sex. You've probably heard of guys thinking about baseball, but it doesn't matter what you think about. Thinking about other things can help delay an explosive ending.
