Try this layered salad recipe to spice up your meals!
1 head lettuce
1 c diced celery
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 10-oz pkg frozen peas
1/2 c green pepper
1 med onion, diced
8 sliced fried bacon, crumbled
1 4-oz pkg cheddar cheese grated
3 c salad dressing
3 tbsp sugar
Tear the head of lettuce into small bite-size pieces and place in 9x13 inch glass dish. Layer the rest of ingredients in order given. Add salad dressing on top as frosting. Top with sliced tomatoes and parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours or overnight.
