8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
2/3 c milk
1/4 c lemon juice
2 tbsp grated lemon peel (opt)
1 graham cracker crust (unbaked)
Cream cheese and butter; add sugar and egg. Mix well. Add flour, milk, lemon juice and peel. Pour into graham cracker crust; bake 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Chill. Extra good topped with sour cream.
