A most easy and delicious recipe for Chicken using lemon sauce.
Ingredients:
One pound of chicken cutlets
One cup flour
1 cup of mayonnaise or two eggs
2 lemons or 1/3 cup of lemon juice
Tablespoon parsley
1 cup of water
chicken broth
1 TB of butter
Wash chicken and dry slightly.
Coat chicken with mayonnaise or egg, then
coat chicken in flour.
Fry the chicken in oil or butter to brown. Once browned remove and lay on paper towel to drain.
Wash the pan and place water, lemon juice and chicken broth in the pan, bring to a boil.
Add the chicken and simmer for fifteen minutes on low.
When done serve with mashed potatoes and mushrooms and enjoy!
