Reception and ceremony locations: great wedding sites in las vegas

Las Vegas has many unique reception and ceremony locations for the engaged couple.

Las Vegas has many unique opportunities for the engaged couple to marry. These opportunities range from wedding chapels to hotel chapels to beautiful locations supplied by Mother Nature. No matter where the couple decides to have their wedding the staff at that location can accommodate most all their needs from the license to the wedding attire.

Wedding Chapels offer the couple a wedding to remember ranging from simple and private to elegant and grand. Most wedding chapels offer ceremonies performed by a non-denominational minister and can either be traditional or with a theme, such as including Elvis in the ceremony. Wedding Chapels in Las Vegas include Chapel of the Bells, Viva Las Vegas Chapel, Always and Forever Chapel, Chapels of Las Vegas, A Hollywood Wedding Chapel, The Aladdin Wedding Chapel, Vegas Wedding Chapel, Hearts and Roses Wedding Chapel and Little Chapel of Flowers. Each of these wedding chapels is different from the other, making it possible for the couple to be married in the surroundings that they desire for their perfect day.

Another alternative for having a wedding is one of the many Hotel Chapels. These chapels are located inside the many hotels and casinos found in Las Vegas. A wedding in one of these locations is perfect for the bride and groom who enjoy having everything in one place. These hotel chapels have the opportunity to offer lodging, the ceremony and reception all in one location. A wedding at one of these chapels also makes is also easier on any guests that they may have joining them in their special day. Hotel Chapels available in Las Vegas include Aladdin, Alexis Resort, Bellagio, Boardwalk, Caesars Palace, Circus Circus, Excalibur, Flamingo, Four Seasons, Greek Isles, Hyatt Lake Las Vegas, Imperial Palace, JW Marriott Las Vegas, Luxor, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, Monte Carlo, Paris, Rio, Ritz Carlton, Riviera, Stardust, Stratosphere, Texas Station, Treasure Island, Tropicana and the Venetian. Each of these hotel chapels has their own touches that make them a little different from each other.

Several chapels in Las Vegas offer alternative lifestyle weddings, even though Nevada does not legally recognize this type of marriage. These chapels offer partners the opportunity to have the ceremony of their dreams; the only difference is that they receive a certificate instead of a marriage license. Chapels such as these are the Gay Chapel of Las Vegas, Eternal Hope Ministry, Distinctive Weddings of Las Vegas and Silver Bell Wedding Chapel.

If a chapel in Las Vegas is not what the couple has in mind for their wedding, then Las Vegas can also offer them a very romantic location with all that nature has to offer. If a couple is looking for a beautiful, memorable backdrop for their wedding, Red Rock is perfect. Red Rock is a canyon area that is a result of weathered iron composites that offers a brilliant red splash of sandstone. Another area to consider is Mount Charleston. Mount Charleston offers a wedding backdrop of pine trees and mountains. Lake Mead should also be considered, especially if the couple desires a ceremony on the beach.

Almost all wedding chapels have wedding reception facilities available, but if the couple chooses to locate another facility for their reception, several are available. The couple can choose from a variety of different locations and themes, but they all offer the necessities that a reception would need. Among these facilities is the Rainbow Room, Victoria’s Family, Viva Las Vegas and many more.
