Lo Cal Shake And Bake Recipe

Try this tempting lo cal recipe to spice up your meals! Great with fish or chicken!

2/3 c powdered milk

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp boullion

2 tsp Italian seasoning

Use with either fish or chicken. Shake and bake in 325 degree oven till done. Be sure to use the garlic powder in combination with the boullion; garlic salt is much too salty.
