[Pricing] depends on the time of year. In the summer months (summer being June through August) our rates will run approximately $150 a night. In the spring and the fall those rates come down to about $100 a night. In the winter they average about $250 a night and as you get into to the peak season you can see lodging rates go as high as $600-$700 a night during holidays such as Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Spring Break, President's Day, and Martin Luther King Day.

Certainly during our peak periods, especially the holidays like Christmas, New Year's, and Spring Break, you need to book fairly far in advance. On average, in the winter months you would want to book at least a month to two months out to guarantee availability.
