"We are fortunate enough to have a four year Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree here at our college. We are in quarters. Students can come all year around and graduate with the bachelor's degree in three year." says Mary N'oA, Academic Director of Interior Design at the Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumberg. "But students can take longer to graduate if they want to or need to. It is a pretty rigorous major. Three or four courses are considered full time. So while you are in classes for only 11 weeks, you are not juggling seven or eight different subjects. You are really focusing four or three courses at a time. Even our general education classes, English, Math, and others, are all geared toward the creative learner. Our college doesn't just offer interior design, we also have programs in visual communications, multimedia, and web design classes.
