If you have all of your debts in order, the money and the insurance and your home inspectors and you wanted to buy right away, I mean you could go out and look at a couple of homes and buy in a couple of weeks. Typically buyers are strongest for about three weeks when they have been looking at homes and then at the end of three weeks they make an offer and it is accepted. Or they make an offer and it isn't accepted, and they get tired and they drop out for a couple of weeks or a month and then they come back in again. People tend to be most intense for approximately three weeks but it will depend on the area and the availability of homes.
