Maintenance on a hardwood floor is similar to the laminate, just dry mopping or sweeping, and the occasional very damp mop. Wood doesn't like water very much, so you would use it sparingly and use spot treatment where there may be some kind of mark on the floor that you have to remove. But other than that it's just general care, common sense to do things that wouldn't damage the floor. But as far as maintenance goes: just sweeping, the dry mopping and occasional damp mop. You don't really want to use any kind of oil or wax-based products on a pre-finished floor that will create a soapy kind of film and will leave a residue on the floor. We generally recommend the dry mop and then the citrus based cleaner
