We have wonderful beaches. 42 miles of beaches that are very pristine and not quite as crowded as most people associate with Florida beaches. We also have a lot of historical attractions. We are the oldest city and we have very unique architecture, which is Spanish Renaissance architecture. In fact, if you come here you would be more likely to think that you are on the south coast of Spain on the Mediterranean instead of somewhere in the United States. It's a place that looks like no place else in United States. It's a great family destination. Here at St. Augustine, we have lots of educational and fun attractions that are based on history and pirates. We have re-enactors who portray Spanish soldiers, pirates and British soldiers and all sorts of things like that. We are a great golf destination; we have more than a dozen championship courses here. It's also a location of the World Golf Hall of Fame, which is equivalent to Baseball's Cooperstown. The Hall of Fame for golf is located here in St. Augustine. We also have a lot of great restaurants that are all different prices. There is a lot of shopping both in historic areas as well as outlet malls. Ponte Vedra is pretty well known to people who follow golf because that's where they play the TPC championship and it's home for several major golfers. It's a great golf destination and then we also have the large areas here that are undeveloped. It's one of last undeveloped coastal areas of Florida, so there are all sorts of nature hikes, kayaking and bird watching. We have a whole series of great attractions that people come here to see.
