Step 1
Start your computer and click on the Windows logo in the extreme lower left of your screen. A box will pop up.

Click on "All Programs." The words should appear near the bottom of the pop-up box.

Scroll through the options that appear until you find "Microsoft Office." Left click on it. A new list of options will appear under the words "Microsoft Office."

Find "Microsoft Office Publisher" and left click on it. A window will open with several option in it. One of those options will be "Business Cards." Left click on "Business Cards."

Choose from among approximately 50 designs of business cards or choose a blank card and create your own card from scratch. Type in your information to replace the "place-holder" information on the card template that you've chosen. You will be able to change type styles, type size, color and center just as you would when using Microsoft Word. Options that appear on the left of your screen also allow you to easily change colors and fonts.

Click on the word "File" in the upper left corner of your screen once you have finished creating your card and then click on "Save." Click on the word "File" again and then click on "Print Preview." An image of your business card as it will be printed will pop up. If everything looks all right, then click on "Close" to close the print preview.

Load your paper into your printer. Click on the word "File" once again. Click on "Print." Your cards should print. Separate your perforated business cards or cut your sheet of cards into the proper size.
