Step 1
Turn on printer. Check that printer ink levels are sufficient to print your project.

Open the document that you would like to print.

Click "File" in the menu bar and select "Print" at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

From the Printer drop-down menu, select the HP Color Laserjet 2820.

Click on the "Option" menu, listed under "Presets" in the window that pops up.

Select "Layout."

Find the "Two-Sided" listing displayed under the "Border" options. There should be three selectable buttons running under the right-hand corner of the Two-Sided listing.

Click "Long-Edged Binding" to turn on double-sided printing. The default selection is "Off."

Click "Print" in the bottom, right-hand corner of the window. The document will now print on both the front and back of your printer paper.
