Step 1
Buy a silicone sheet. You can get one at the craft store. These sheets look like thin rectangles and they feel like rubber. You can bend them and twist them. They come in a couple of different sizes, but mostly they are the size of a cookie sheet. You also have the option of buying a silicone baking sheet which is the same thing. These are sold at any store that sells kitchen supplies.

Step 2
Measure your fist with a measuring tape so that you know how big your bracelet needs to be. If you are making the bracelet for someone else, you will need to measure their fist.

Cut out the length of your bracelet by marking your measurement on a silicone sheet. Use anything with a straight edge to keep a straight line and then run your utility knife down it.

Measure half an inch across and cut both top and bottom.

Finish cutting the other side and you have your rectangular strip for your bracelet.

Glue the two ends together with strong adhesive. You will need to hold them in place until the glue dries. Since this might take a while, you might want to think about using some type of clamp. Craft clamps work perfectly. So do clothes pins.

Step 7
Add any decorations to the front of the silicone bracelet. You can do this by gluing on some jewels, writing a word in with a permanent marker, or sticking on some stickers of your favorite things.
