Mint Chutney Recipe

Mint chutney recipe, a great appetizer for lunch and for dosas.


Fresh mint leaves ΒΌ cup

Grated coconut 1 cup

Green chilis 4 nos

Spring onion 4 nos

Ginger a small piece

Salt to taste

Tamarind a small piece


Grind the coconut first. Add all other ingredients and grind well with a teaspoon of water, and it's ready to serve.
