The Museum of Science and Discovery in nearby Fort Lauderdale is a great place. Its just 30 minutes away and has a 3D-IMAX movie theater in it. Their number is 954-467-6637. Another museum is the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach just over the Boca/Delray line. Delray is our neighbor to the north. The museum was started by a family years ago. A lot of weddings take place there because it's very serene. I've actually never been there, if you can believe that, but I do know they have tea and lunch in the gardens.
