The activities include everything that a traditional state fair would have, but with a lot of emphasis on peanut agriculture. There are concerts, pig races, roasted corn on the cob, and all the traditional exhibits like apple pie and cakes that a traditional fair would have. The attendance is approximately 150,000 people. There is also a Peanut Festival Parade and that is always a very large event. We also have what we call Peanut Surround Pound, which are about 50 various peanut statues such as Elvis, along with a self guided tour around downtown. It is pure Americana. There is a lot of traditional clean family fun.
