Natural Male Enhancement Exercises

    Many men are relatively happy with the size of their penis. Those who aren't may turn to supplements or gadgets that claim to increase penis size while not really doing anything, except for maybe costing some cash. If you are looking for a natural way to increase the size of your penis, a number of men swear by a couple of key exercises. Though the results are subjective at best, it doesn't hurt to try--at least it won't make you a dollar poorer.
  • Jelq Enhancement Exercise

  • Step 1

    Wrap your thumb and forefinger around the base of your penis, making sure it is flaccid.
  • Step 2

    Tighten your grip slightly and then slowly move your fingers towards the head, yet always keep them around the shaft. It is almost a milking motion as one would perform on the utter of a cow.
  • Step 3

    Hold for approximately 10 seconds. You should just feel some pressure, not pain while performing the movement.
  • Step 4

    Repeat this general motion 20 to 30 times.


  • Stretch Enhancement Exercise

    • Step 1

      Grasp the head of your penis, again making sure that it is flaccid.
    • Step 2

      Stretch it out horizontally until you feel some pressure (no pain) and hold for about five seconds.
    • Step 3

      Stretch it down toward your knees until you feel some pressure (again, no pain) and hold for another five seconds.
    • Step 4

      Stretch it up toward your bellybutton until you feel some pressure (no pain) and hold for yet another five seconds.
    • Step 5

      Begin moving it in a clockwise motion, holding it in a stretched position, making five evolutions.
    • Step 6

      Reverse directions, holding it in a stretched position, making another five evolutions.
    • Step 7

      Repeat this sequence approximately 10 more times.

    • Tip: Another popular practice that isn't necessarily an exercise, but does improve the health of your penis is something you can do while urinating. When you begin to urinate, stop and hold for a couple of seconds. Then begin to pee again and stop. Do this a couple of times each time you go to the bathroom. This is said to strengthen the muscles of the penis.
