New Potato & Pike Recipe

New potato & pike recipe is a side dish or main course with a salad. Free recipe of Spanish onions and pike fish make a tasty evening meal.

This healthy, fast and easy to make stuffed fish bake recipe makes a great main course for a family meal or dinner party. This meal is ready in less than 30 minutes. This recipe serves 4.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cloves elephant garlic, finely crushed

4 oz. new potatoes, brushed and halved

4 oz. Spanish onions, diced

4 oz. pike fish, skinned, deboned and shredded

2 oz. butter, melted

3 oz. all-purpose flour, sifted

1 oz. regular oats

3 oz. Havarti cheese, grated

seasoning, according to taste

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Using a bowl, combine garlic, new potatoes, Spanish onions and pike fish. Season according to taste.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats and half the Havarti cheese. Spoon new potato mixture into an ovenproof dish. Top with the flour mixture and sprinkle on remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes until golden. Serve hot with garlic bread and a light salad for a quick family dinner.
